On April 26, Michelle participated in the Angels Walk for Autism organized by the Autism Society Philippines in Pasay. She was joined by her mother, Melanie Marquez, and her siblings, turning the event into a meaningful family moment.
The occasion held special significance for Michelle as it coincided with her birthday weekend.
"I've worked with the Autism Society Philippines for so many years also, so to see it grow every year and for us to exceed our own expectations, siyempre nakakataba ng puso," she said.

She added, "I mean, that's all I ever wanna do every year; it's to celebrate growth not just within myself, but everything that I support also."
The organization is now aiming to go beyond awareness and acceptance by pushing for concrete action through legislation.
According to chair emerita Dang Koe, key services such as diagnosis, therapy, and employment opportunities are part of the proposed measures.
"Kaya po du'n sa bill na 'yun, kung ito po ay maisapabatas, lahat po ng ahensya ng gobyerno ay hinihingan ng plano kung paano po i-a-address ang pangangailangan ng lahat ng Pinoy na nasa autism spectrum," she explained.
Despite her advocacy work, Michelle also acknowledged the challenges of public life.
"Sa social media, siyempre everybody has the capacity to say anything and hide behind dummy accounts or faceless accounts with just the purpose to hurt somebody," she shared.
She added, "Pero, I've always said, throughout my showbiz career, that I only listen to opinions that matter, people that I know have the best interest at heart for me and everyone working on this project."
