On Instagram, Janine shared glimpses of their downtime during the shoot, describing the experience as something she found memorable and meaningful.

“Explored a bit of Iloilo during rest days of cycle one of #TheLoyaltyGame shooting and it was magical,” Janine wrote.

She also expressed admiration for the city’s heritage sites, noting how much they enjoyed visiting its historic spaces.

“One of the most charming places I've ever been to and we absolutely fell in love with all the churches and heritage houses,” she added.

“So lucky to also get to film in beautiful ancestral homes that have allowed us in. My history geek heart is so happy that work brings me to so many cool places. can't wait to see it on screen. can't wait to show you!!! ❤️,” she expressed.

Jericho also shared his thoughts on working again with Janine, highlighting their comfortable dynamic on set.

“It’s nice to be working again, it’s great, we know each other very well,” Jericho said about working again with Janine.

“I’m super excited because it’s the kind of project that I would also really watch on Prime. It’s mysterious, it’s for thrill seekers, and it’s for people who love plot twists,” Janine shared.

Outside filming, the pair spent their rest days in simple routines around Iloilo, enjoying drives, food trips, and quiet conversations.

“Magda-drive lang kami. Ang ginawa namin, nag-drive kami, dumaan sa simbahan, dumaan sa museum, kumain. Very simple lang. Parang just happy to spend time together. Kwentuhan,” she said.

The production is set to continue in Bacolod after their Iloilo leg, with Janine and Jericho expected to return to the province as filming progresses.
