TXT leader Soobin experienced an unexpected taxi fare issue during his visit to Cebu. On his way from Mactan-Cebu International Airport to his hotel, the K-pop idol and his group were initially told that the ride would cost ₱500.

However, the price quickly jumped to ₱1000, leaving the artists surprised.
In a vlog shared by Soobin, the taxi driver explained the sudden increase.
"Because the gas is very expensive. You know the gas… Very expensive now?"

Soobin expressed his frustration in the vlog, stating, "Did you hear that? I’m reporting this… Just now, he said ₱1000… I mean, ₱500 is already pushing it, and then he raises it to P1000."
