Television host Mavy Legaspi broke his silence after experiencing a technical issue while hosting the Big Night of Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0.

During the live program, viewers noticed a delay in his microphone, which affected parts of the online broadcast.

Shortly after the event, Mavy took to social media to explain what happened and to address the concerns of fans who tuned in via streaming platforms.

"To my PBB Online-Verse family, thank you and congrats to us! We experienced the worst microphone delay and could literally hear our voices echo in the venue, which made it difficult to talk."

The actor-host revealed that the echo inside the venue caused confusion onstage, making it challenging to deliver lines smoothly.

The delay was particularly noticeable during the live online session streamed on YouTube and Facebook.

"I would like to apologize if I sounded slow at times during our online live session on YouTube & Facebook - We did our best even if it was really difficult because of the sound delay. Thank you for being patient with us!"

Despite the setback, the show continued without major interruptions, and the hosting team pushed through the technical difficulties. Mavy expressed gratitude to viewers who stayed tuned and showed understanding throughout the broadcast.

Live television events are often vulnerable to unexpected technical glitches, especially during large-scale productions.

Still, Mavy’s prompt acknowledgment and apology were met with supportive reactions from fans, many of whom praised him for remaining professional under pressure.
