Beauty Gonzalez shared her appreciation for “House of Lies” co-star Kris Bernal after the latter spoke highly of her performance and professionalism as an actress.

During her guest appearance on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” on Wednesday, Beauty was asked to react to the compliments Kris previously expressed about her.
“I wanna thank her kasi she said beautiful words. Grabe, thank you Kris! Thank you so much!” says Beauty.
Earlier, Kris admitted that she found it challenging to execute intense scenes with Beauty because of their height difference.

Beauty confirmed this and recalled a lighthearted moment they even turned into social media content.
“May ginawa kaming TikTok, sabi ko ‘Kris gawa tayo ng TikTok, kailangan nakapatong ka sa apple box,’” she says.
The actress explained that action scenes make her anxious because she prefers to avoid faking movements that could look unrealistic on screen.
“Ako, nate-tense ako kasi siyempre ‘pag eksena, I always ask for permission naman, ‘Is it okay?’” says Beauty.
Because of Kris’ smaller frame, Beauty admitted she becomes extra careful during physical scenes.
“Sabi niya, okay naman daw, pero ang liit niya, Tito Boy,” she says.
Despite this, Beauty praised Kris for being cooperative and committed to delivering strong performances.
“But I'm so thankful na game siya, and we want to give our best,” she says.
Host Boy Abunda also pointed out the noticeable chemistry between the two actresses, something Beauty herself enjoys.
“There is something in it, and I'm really, like, I'm excited,” she says.
Kris, for her part, previously shared that working with Beauty had long been a dream.
“Siyempre, unang una, ang mamalditahan ko ay si Miss Beauty Gonzalez,” says Kris.
“House of Lies,” which premiered on Monday, stars Beauty as Marjorie “Marj” Castillo-Torrecampo alongside an ensemble cast that includes Kris Bernal, Mike Tan, and Martin del Rosario.
Beauty Gonzalez is a Filipina actress who rose to prominence after joining “ABS-CBN’s Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition Plus” in 2008. Following her time on reality television, she successfully transitioned into acting and became known for her roles in popular series such as “Pusong Ligaw” and “Kadenang Ginto.” She later signed with GMA Network in 2021. In her personal life, Beauty tied the knot with art curator Norman Crisologo in 2017, and they are parents to their daughter, Olivia Ines.

In another earlier update, Beauty posted a clip on Instagram Stories highlighting Olivia’s willingness to help at home. The young girl was shown doing her own laundry, while Norman Crisologo could be heard in the background commending her efforts and telling her she was doing well. To add a playful tone, Beauty captioned the post “CinderOlivia back in action,” a fun reference to the fairy tale character Cinderella.
