In her latest cover story for Preview magazine, published on January 8, 2026, the 39-year-old entrepreneur emphasized that self-care is not just a luxury, but a vital educational tool for the next generation.

Wilson, a mother of three and co-founder of the Sunnies lifestyle empire, addressed the common guilt mothers feel when prioritizing their own needs.

"Moms sometimes feel that they need to give up themselves," she observed, noting that many women set aside their personal ambitions and well-being for their families.

However, Wilson argues that this sacrifice can be counterproductive. By choosing to "put themselves first" occasionally, she believes mothers demonstrate a healthy sense of self-worth that their children will eventually emulate.

"I think that moms who take care of themselves... are a good example to their kids," she stated, suggesting that seeing a mother who is fulfilled and professional teaches children the value of work and individual identity.

Acknowledging that balancing a high-profile career with domestic life is "very hard," Wilson revealed that her secret isn't trying to be "Superwoman." Instead, she relies on rigorous time management.

"I live by my calendar. Every hour is scheduled," Wilson explained. This discipline allows her to be "the most present" when she is with her children, while remaining "efficient" at the office.

This compartmentalization ensures that no aspect of her life—personal or professional—is neglected.

While Wilson has built a regional business powerhouse that recently expanded into China and Hong Kong, her definition of success for her children—Archie, Alfie, and Javi—is far more grounded.

For Wilson, the ultimate goal is for her children to be "the happiest" they can be while adhering to core values of honesty and integrity.

"To be a good person, to be truthful, to not steal... that’s what I want for my kids. That’s, for me, success," she concluded.
