"I’ve seen the Reddit rumor and comments. No I haven’t gotten anything done to my face," she began.

She then explained to netizens that her recent appearance shifts are due to several external factors.

"I have gained 6 kgs from my recent trip to Australia and have been crying on and off for a few days," she revealed.

The actress also expressed frustration over the constant scrutiny and commentary regarding her body and weight, highlighting the difficult double standard she faces in the public eye, by several people online.

"I gain a little and apparently I got botched work done, I lose a little and I’ve got an eating problem," she lamented.

At one point, in her post, Jasmine clarified that her motivation for speaking out on social media was not to win over her critics but to convey how bothersome the continuous public comments are about her looks.

"Not trying to win over anyone but it’s bothersome to read the comments," she concluded.
