Bukod sa sanay na nga po ako, alam ko na wala naman din akong masamang ginawa,” she said, emphasizing that she stands firm knowing her intentions are clean.
Sanya also tries to keep everything in perspective by comparing online negativity to the pressing issues many Filipinos face daily.
A major part of her coping strategy includes stepping away from screens when needed.
“Sometimes, ‘di ako nag-social media, Tito Boy,” she shared. She also uses apps that help limit her social media time—small but meaningful steps that allow her to protect her peace while remaining active in showbiz.

Meanwhile last July, Sanya made a shocking revelation in a media conference she attended. During the said conference, the actress, along with her fellow actors, were asked about their experience on the set. She talked about one particular heavy scene where the director allowed the shooting to go on without cutting. It was during the intense moment of that scene when the actress accidentally did something.
