Actress and former beauty queen Alice Dixson recently took to social media to share her hands-on experience in property management and renovation—proving there's more to her than glitz and glamour.

In a candid and inspiring post, Alice revealed that she climbed up the roof of her family’s apartment building in Taytay to personally inspect a leak.
“I carefully climbed up the roof of our family apartment in Taytay,” she wrote, giving a thumbs-up emoji to match her determined spirit.
What started as a simple property oversight turned into a deep dive into the world of construction and development—a field she says suits her personality well.

“I really like the role of property manager, now soon to be construction manager / contractor,” she said. “It suits my personality.”
Alice recounted how a tenant left the apartment unit in poor condition, prompting her to take charge of the renovation.
During the process, she discovered a leak and decided to investigate it herself.
“Sure enough, there were holes. So I checked the attic and confirmed the issue. That’s when I realized—these apartments were built really well,” she shared.
The inspection became a nostalgic moment for the actress, as she reflected on her father and godfather’s role in the original construction of the building.
“This whole experience reminded me of why I love property development,” she said.
With the help of two friends and her brother, Alice not only fixed the roof but also renovated the apartment, transforming it from a two-bedroom unit into a three-bedroom space.
“This win has motivated me,” she added.
Alice Dixson is a Filipino-American actress, commercial model, and former beauty queen. She is also a licensed realtor in British Columbia, Canada, and a real estate agent in Florida. Alice rose to prominence after her stint as a commercial model where her remark of “I can feel it!” in one soap advertisement became a household expression.
