In an IG story, Ogie questioned the silence of public officials regarding the issue.

He posed a bold question, asking, “Who among the senators would be calling out the big water supplier in the country?”

Suggesting that political ties may be at play, Ogie speculated that perhaps no one would step up “because of friendship, benefit or debt of gratitude.”

"Grabe ang mga messages ng galit nila sa water supplier nila. Kung pwede nga lang daw ura-urada magpalit, ginawa na nila. Kaso, hanggang rant at pagsusumamo lang ang kanyang gawin ng mga apektado."

In a call to action, he urged senators to do their part and respond to the situation.

"Sa mga senador na nakaupo, baka naman pwede kayong magpakitang gilas on Monday, o? Help naman diyan," he added.
