In the clip, Andi was seen cautiously testing the water before fully submerging herself in the ice-filled tub.

The actress admitted that while her fiancé, Philmar Alipayo, regularly does ice baths as part of his surf training, she had never been curious enough to try it—until now.

Despite initial hesitation, Andi managed to stay in the freezing water for over a minute on her first attempt.

By her second try, she pushed herself further and lasted up to three minutes.

She was surprised by the results, saying that the experience left her feeling good all day.

Sharing her thoughts, she posted:

"My first time in the ice bath with the guidance of ms Jam of @asgardsiargao and coach @chepoxz.😆 honestly really just thought the facilities looked good, but I'm glad I finally went for it! I hear several benefits, and honestly, regardless if it was 'all in my head' (as naysayers would say), it still did make me feel so good throughout the day after doing it both times! All that matters. This and a few mins in the sauna."

The post quickly gained attention from her fans, with many expressing admiration for her willingness to try something new.
