According the viral claim, the gaming tycoon is allegedly hunting Xian because of his supposed Facebook Live about the missing sabungeros.
In his lengthy post on FB, Xian debunked the claim and frankly described it as “100% fake news.”
“About po doon sa Xian Gaza vs Atong Ang thing, that's 100% fake news.”
He went on to stress, “Never po akong nag-post about him at never din po siyang nagsalita about me. That's the reason kung bakit ni isang video clip about it ay wala kayong mapanood. Kasi nga, hindi totoo. Okay na okay po kaming dalawa.”
The social media personality also detailed how the false accusation purportedly surfaced.
“Bali mayroon pong isang Facebook page na gumagawa ng mga fake news articles to generate engagement. Fino-format nila ito in a very professional manner. Tapos syempre, marami tayong kababayan na medyo mahina, naniniwala sila agad tapos shine-share nila. Naparami yung share tapos nirepost na rin ng maraming pages kasi nga maganda yung engagement. Ending, akala ng mga tao ay legit news ito.”
“Na pinapahanap daw ako ni Atong Ang kahit saang lupalop ng mundo. Wala pong gano'n. Goods na goods po kami. Never akong nagsalita about him,” Xian reiterated.
“Hindi ako tanga para gawin yun. Never din siyang nagbanta about me. May possibility pa nga na hindi niya ako kilala at all,” the internet star added.
