Philip Laude, the husband of Small Laude frilled a petition for a writ of habeas data at the San Juan Regional Trial Court against Mae Larra Sumicad otherwise known as "Precious Larra Su."

The case was in relation to the screenshots being shared on social media, which purports the existence of a relationship between him and Precious.

In the comments section of a News5 post, Senyora also commented, which elicited a reaction from netizens.

"Akala ko ba e di nya kayang mawala sya buhay… ay nakikibasa nga lang pala ako," Senyora commented.

Earlier, Small Laude gave her househelp, “Yaya Lotlot,” something grand to look forward to when she promised her that she’s going to help the latter get her dream house and lot, which made her happy.

Small Laude is an entrepreneur and content creator known for her entertaining YouTube vlogs. Her followers on YouTube increased especially during the pandemic and there were lockdowns. She had over 2 million subscribers on YouTube.

Last Christmas, Small shared joyful family photos from their Christmas Eve celebration on Instagram. Her post showed glimpses of their touching moments together. The well-known content creator captioned it simply, "Christmas Eve." Moreover, netizens filled the comments with love and admiration for the family.

Meanwhile, Yaya Lotlot also shared a couple of photos and video during their holiday trips. It can be recalled that the househelp is a constant companion of Small and her family in their out of the country trips. Among the videos shared by Yaya Lotlot is the footage where one can see Small and her husband, Philip Laude, were sweet to each other. The couple were holding each other while talking as they boarded the escalator.
