Nadine Samonte, a Filipina celebrity, lectured her bashers after they called her "gaya-gaya" online after showcasing her Royal Molly collection.

On Monday, October 7, Nadine took to her Instagram to upload a video of herself unboxing a big box of a Royal Molly figure from Pop Mart.

However, bashers apparently flooded Nadine's post and called her a "gaya-gaya" on social media.

At one point, they started comparing her to Marian, which some netizens assumed was Marian Rivera, who is also a big collector of figurines.

"My first ever Royal Molly bought it in Taiwan last Aug. Na-in love agad ako the moment nakita ko sila sa night market and simula nun bumibili na 'ko. Hindi ko lang napo-post kasi gusto ko ma-complete ang Royal Molly. Its sad lang na ang daming toxic mindset ng mga tao ngayin. Gaya-gaya raw ako kay Marian and kung ano pa. Is it bawal na ba maging collector pag nagustuhan ang isang bagay? Isang tao lang ba ang pwede mag-collect at bumili?" she asked.

Nadine then recalled how she was first introduced to Popmart when she was in Taiwan before.

"Nakilala ko ang Popmart nung nasa Taiwan ako at hindi ko pa nakita mga posts ni Marian nun and when I saw her posts kinilig ako kasi I fell in love with Molly and ibang items like Skull Panda and Dimoo na rin. I even messaged her and ask her kung sino supplier niya kasi my mga bagay ako hinahanap pa and she messaged back with pure happiness for me kasi nagco-collect din ako," she recalled.

By the end of her post, Nadine called out her bashers and their toxic mindset about certain things.

"Tapos kayo ganyan? Sa inyo ba ako humihingi ng pangbili? Hindi naman diba? So pag bumili ako ng gamit or bag, gaya-gaya rin ako sa mga nakabili? What a toxic mindset you guys have," she wrote.
