On Sunday, September 8, Heart took to her Instagram to upload a video of herself singing passionately at the party, delighting her followers.

In the viral video, Heart could be seen belting a few high notes with ease, singing happily and passionately at the party of Chiz Escudero's kids.

As seen in the viral video, Heart was also hands-on during the party, watching Chiz's kids with much love in her eyes as they celebrated their day.
