Claudine Barretto, a Filipina actress, recently extended her sympathies with the Gutierrez family as she attended Alexa Uichico's wake.

On Thursday, August 1, Claudine took to her Instagram, @claubarretto, to upload photos and videos she had taken with the Gutierrezes.

She then penned a heartwarming note for the family, saying she is extending her deepest condolences with them during this time.

According to Claudine, she is extremely thankful that she was able to make it to Alexa's wake just in time after her flight got super delayed.

"My deepest condolences to the Uichico & Gutierrez Family. Thank, God, nakahabol ako sa wake of Alexa. The Gutierrez's are like family to me ever since I was a little girl. I was to stay 2 more days sa Cebu but I told Tita @annabelleramaig na uuwi ako earlier for Alexa's wake. My flight was super delayed, I arrived around midnight & went straight to the wake. Please pray for Alexa & Elvis & their families. @annabelleramaig @iloveruffag @life.of.guti @mond @richardgutz May our Good Lord embrace all of you at this time of your grief," she wrote.

Claudine Barretto is one of the three famous Barretto sisters, which include Gretchen Barretto and Marjorie Barretto. Clau rose to fame when she became a cast of the 90's TV show, "Ang TV." In 1993, she joined the cast of "Home Along Da Riles," which stars comedy king Dolphy Quizon. Other teleseryes that Claudine starred in include "Mula sa Puso," "Saan Ka Man Naroroon," "Sa Dulo ng Walang Hanggan," "Marina," and "Iisa Pa Lamang."
