Herlene Budol created a massive buzz all over social media after encountering a minor accident that shocked everyone.
During the GMA Gala 2024 happened on July 20 at the Grand Ballroom of Marriott Hotel Manila, Herlene unfortunately stumbled and fell off the stage. It seemed that the actress, who donned a stunning Leo Almodal couture gown called "Birth of Venus," didn't notice the end of the runway.
A video showing the unfortunate incident then made the rounds all over social media.

Herlene later took to X, formerly Twitter, to defend herself from bashers who assumed she did the shocking incident on purpose.
“Pag dapa indi pinag tatawanan. Accident always happened! Sa palagay nyo ba gusto ko ma dapa? lahat ng tao nadadapa, naaksidente,” she wrote.
The actress and beauty queen also assured her followers that she did not sustain any major injury.
“Ang importante safe at di nasugatan,” Herlene shared.

Earlier, Herlene Budol and Pokwang did a dance, which they uploaded on TikTok. The two comediennes were lipsyncing with the statement, "Your honor, hindi ko po alam." Thereafter, they danced synchronously, while the aforementioned phrase could be repeatedly heard in the background.
