The actress owns Lucky Beauty, a makeup brand, and she was wondering what strategies to have in the future, which could help bridge the gap between international and local brands.

"Hi, I'm Andrea Brillantes. I'm an actress and I also own a makeup brand. So my question is, many filipinos tend to spend a significant amount on international luxury brands. Yet they are often frugal when it comes to supporting local brands not all. Uhm, in order to bridge this gap and position local brands to be at par with international counterparts in the future, what strategies do you believe can be implemented to encourage greater support for local brands among Filipinos?" Andrea asked.

"The thing is, at the end of the day, whether your a beauty brand, or fashion brand, or any other kind of brand. Customers will buy what they think is the best," he further explained.

Andrea Brillantes is a Filipina actress who began her career at a young age, starting as a child star in various TV shows and commercials.
