Gabbi Garcia took to Instagram and shared a video of her, doing the ice bath challenge.

The Kapuso star looked really strong as she submerged herself in water that was filled with ice.

Gabbi then shared that she did 10 minutes and 7 seconds for her 2nd ice bath and that it was the best feeling ever.

She also did it together with her boyfriend, Khalil Ramos.

She then thanked those who helped her and even outlined the benefits of an ice bath.
