Rayver Cruz, an actor under the Kapuso network, has penned a love-filled birthday note for his girlfriend, Julie Anne San Jose.

On his Instagram page, Rayver uploaded some heartwarming photos he took with Julie Anne, boasting a beautiful backdrop.

He then proceeded to write a super sweet birthday message for Julie Anne, calling the latter his "constant" and his "soulmate."

According to Rayver, he couldn't be more prouder of his girlfriend and reassured her of his love and support no matter what happens.

Rayver Cruz is a Filipino actor, singer, and dancer. He belongs to the well-known family of celebs, the Cruzes, and is also the younger brother of Rodjun Cruz.
