Rica Peralejo took to IG and shared her opinion on health changes that people in their 40s normally go through.

The former actress wondered that when one is in her 40s, it would mean seeing doctors more often.

She mentioned two doctors, the internists and the cardios.

Internists are those who help in the prevention, diagnosis and also treatment of internal diseases in adults.

On the other hand, a cardiologist's main focus is the heart.

"And is it being in our 40s that we increasingly need to meet our internists and cardios."

Previously, she recalled the passing of her eldest sister.

On Instagram, Rica shared that she recently attended a memorial, prompting her to recall her sister's passing.

According to Rica, she misses her sister a lot and said she wants her sister to be with them.

However, Rica knows it "has no more hope of happening" which makes her cry.

Rica Peralejo is an actress who used to be a cast member of “Ang TV.” The former actress is now married to a Christian pastor named Joseph Bonifacio. They have two children – Philip Nathaniel and Manu.

According to the commenter, it doesn't look nice since she is the wife of a pastor. Following this news, Rica responded calmly to the netizen and said she respects their opinion.

However, one netizen left a comment saying she looks 60 already because of her weight. This, in return, prompted the former actress to respond to the netizen afterward.
