Melai Cantiveros and her husband, Jason Francisco, in a video posted on their YouTube channel, ‘Melason’, were seen engaging in a friendly banter to the delight of those present.

This happened during the birthday surprise for Melai, which was apparently organized by her family and friends.

Present during the event were some known showbiz personalities like Regine Velasquez and Jolina Magdangal, along with Melai’s co-workers, friends, and family.

In the video, Jason gave a message for his wife, whom he called “unbelievable” and “my goodness,” adding that the TV host already knew what he meant.

“Unbelievable and my goodness is nice yun. Nice yun ha, di yun masama,” Jason said.

He then greeted Melai a happy birthday, though adding that his greeting wouldn’t include saying “I love you.”

“Happy birthday walang I love you,” Jason said.

“Walang I love you too,” Melai replied, approaching Jason while their daughter Mela excitedly jumped up and down asking the two to kiss.

“Walang magki-kiss, showbiz,” Jason said.

“Bilisan mo na, nasa showbiz talaga tayo,” Melai replied.

In the end, the two kissed each other in front of their guests, albeit with Jason’s hand covering where their lips are supposed to meet.

Melai Cantiveros is a prominent showbiz personality in the Philippines. She became famous in 2009 after winning "Pinoy Big Brother: Double Up." She also won the first season of the Filipino version of "Your Face Sounds Familiar" in 2015. She is happily married to Jason Francisco and they have two wonderful children.

Many were impressed with Melai with how they make decisions in their family. The TV host-comedienne said that they encourage their children to participate in the decision making when it comes to having another baby in the family. She did express her intention, however, to have another child in the family, along with the hopes that it would be a boy this time.

Previously, she also took to Instagram and shared a lovely and heartfelt birthday message for her youngest daughter Stela. The comedienne thanked her daughter for always making her and her husband, Jason Francisco, happy. She also noted how Stela would impress them with her "kaartehan." Melai highlighted how proud she was of Stela and thanked Jesus for always guiding her daughter.
