On Tuesday, April 2, Julia took to her Instagram page, @juliabarretto, to upload a photo collage containing two old photos she took with Leon.

In the photos, a young Julia and Leon could be seen posing for the camera adorably, tugging at the heartstrings of countless netizens online.

However, what had netizens going 'aww' over the photo was Julia's sweet and heartfelt message for her "not-so-little" brother whom she called "Kuya."

According to the famous actress, her brother, Leon has become her "absolute best friend" as well as her "greatest supporter and protector" in her life.

"Happy birthday to my not so little brother who has now become my absolute best friend, my greatest supporter and protector, and now somehow even my Kuya. You make me proud everyday and I am so lucky to be your sister. You're so deeply loved Li, I love you so dearly," she wrote.

Julia Barretto is a well-known actress, endorser, and vlogger from the Philippines. She is the daughter of former couple Marjorie Barretto and Dennis Padilla.
