Kris Bernal, a well-known Filipina actress, recently took to Instagram to explain why she hasn't been on social media in weeks now.

On Wednesday, March 27, Kris took to the photo-sharing app to post a barefaced selfie she took while she carried Baby Hailee Lucca.

In the now-viral picture on Instagram, Baby Hailee could be seen resting on her mother's shoulder, while Kris carried her in her arms.

According to Kris, she has not been on social media in weeks because she and her husband have yet to find a "yaya" and a house helper.

On Instagram, Kris confessed she has not been getting enough rest and sleep quite literally, saying her husband became in charge of the household.

She then thanked her husband, Perry Choi, for being a "spouse on whom I can always rely on" and said the latter has been with her, "rain or shine."

"I haven't been on social media in weeks because we have yet to find a yaya and house helper. Naghahanap pa rin kami. Walang pahinga, walang tulog. Literal! Perry is in charge of the household while I am responsible/in care of Hailee. I am grateful for having a spouse on whom I can always rely on. Through good and bad. Rain or shine. Extremely attentive to our needs," she said.
