She emphasized that she would not be where she is today if not for him.

Sir Deo was the one who gave her the first project that she worked on, the one who encouraged her to never give up, to find meaning in everything that she does.

She was born on April 19, 1990, in Cebu City to Chinese businessman William Chiu and Louella Yap. Kim is also known as the “Chinita Princess” and was once hailed as the “Princess of Philippine Movies and TV.”
