Manay Lolit said people should just let the president be as he is doing a lot of the country and deserved a comfortable break.
She also said that BBM’s use of the chopper to go to the event is befitting of his rank as the country’s leader.
First Couple,” she further said.
“Sa buhay at sa anuman bagay alam natin na may ranking. You get the amenities that you deserves according sa ranggo mo sa buhay,” the veteran showbiz columnist said in her post.
She then dismissed the bashings against the president, saying that it’s his right as the country’s leader.
“So what kung gumamit ng helicopter ang Presidente natin? Di ba karapatan niya iyon as our leader? We have to allow him to enjoy what his position is. Bakit gusto natin maging ordinaryong tao siya?” Lolit asked.
Manay Lolit then asked everyone not to add more pressure to the president, saying that she already pities him because he has developed a lot of wrinkles while in office.

Nuon una siyang maupo as President ang cute cute niya, ngayon ang dami ng wrinkles at laging may black rings around his eyes,” she added.

In a previous post, Manay Lolit praised the work ethic of President Bongbong Marcos. She said that President Marcos already looks older just months after becoming the leader of the country. The entertainment columnist believes that Marcos is stressed because of the enormity of his workload and responsibilities. Solis also urged the public to always support the President so that he will be able to fulfill his tasks for the Philippines.
Meanwhile, a couple of months ago, PBBMin a vlog published on social media, expressed belief that Malacañang Palace is indeed haunted by ghosts. The president then went on to narrate his paranormal experiences while living there as a son of then President Marcos Sr and today as the leader of the Philippines. PBBM shared his hair-raising experience of seeing chairs move by themselves in a guest room he stayed in while waiting for the renovation in his bedroom to be finished. He also talked about walking up the stairs by himself and feeling a strong and heavy presence just behind his back, causing him to alternately walk forward and backward.
