Herlene Budol defended herself once more after a leaked convo between her and Rob Gomez made rounds online, after they were posted right on the actor's page.

The comedienne said that the convo was nothing but a part of a script.

She also lamented why people regarded her wrongfully simply because of one-liners that she threw.

Herlene also clarified that she was merely riding on a joke since she's a comedienne even though she knew that she was being hit on.

"“Yung batuhan ng mga script para pang kabisado sa mga linyahan ay nahaluan ng mga joke at one-liner tulad ng salitang ‘Kain.’ Ganyan na agad ang tingin nyo sa akin. Sumakay lang ako sa mga joke dahil komedyante ako kahit alam ko fini-flirt ako..." Herlene wrote.

Herlene Budol, also known as 'Hipon Girl', is an actress, comedian, and social media star who broke through in showbiz as a contestant on “Wowowin” and later became a host. Herlene was first runner-up and won several minor awards at the 2022 Binibining Pilipinas pageant. She was also crowned as Miss Philippines Tourism 2023 in the recent Miss Grand Philippines pageant. Herlene played the lead role in Kapuso afternoon series "Magandang Dilag."

Rob Gomez went viral recently after his social media accounts posted alleged screenshots of conversations he had with Herlene and Bianca Manalo. The screenshots of those alleged conversations were already deleted from his accounts. In the deleted alleged thread, there were convos between Rob and Herlene, and Rob and Bianca.

Wilbert Tolentino recently spent quality time with Herlene and his other influencer friends. He took his social media pages to share snippets of their fun get-together in a lovely Japanese restaurant. However, one netizen commented about Herlene restricting comments on her Facebook page. Wilbert then replied to the netizen and clarified that it was he who turned off Herlene’s comments section.
