Vicki Belo, inihayag pitong taon na siyang magaling sa kanser: “Here’s to 7 years being cancer free”

Dr. Vicki Belo, in a recent video post on her Instagram account, admitted that she used to have breast cancer but now it’s gone.

In her IG post, the popular cosmetic doctor revealed she’s been cancer-free for seven years now.

While Dr. Vicki admitted it was never comfortable for her to talk about her ailment, she felt so grateful this holiday season that she decided to share it with her followers.

“I was never comfortable talking about my cancer but I’m feeling extremely #grateful this holiday season— here’s to 7 years being cancer free!” Dr. Vicki wrote in her post.

She then expressed gratitude to the Almighty for allowing her to see her daughter, Scarlet Snow, grow up, as well as being there for her grandkids.

“Thank you God for allowing me to see @scarletsnowbelo grow up and giving my grandkids their mamita every day feels like a blessing,” she further wrote in her post.

The famous surgeon then revealed her cancer experience is one of the “most difficult and scary things” she has ever gone through, adding that she’s grateful to her family for their support.

Dr. Vicki also thanked her doctors who never gave up on her.

“The entire ordeal was one of the most difficult and scary things I’ve ever had to go through. I‘ll forever be grateful for my family for their support and to the amazing doctors who did not give up on me,” she said.

“Most of all I’m grateful for Jesus Christ who held my hand every step of the way ❤️,” Dr. Vicki concluded.

Dr. Vicki Belo is a famous dermatologist and television personality in the Philippines and is the founder, CEO, and Medical Director of Belo Medical Group. She is married to fellow doctor Hayden Kho, and they have a child named Scarlet Snow Belo.

Last month, Dr. Vicki stirred buzz on social media with her online post. During that time, Dr. Vicki made a reel about the post of The '90s Kabaklaan. The said post featured an old photo of the doctor back in September 1990. This prompted Vicki to ask the netizen to come to Belo BGC for her to grant their beauty wish.

Earlier before that, she praised actress Andrea Brillantes for being independent. In her vlog, Dr. Vicki shared her Milan trip with Andrea and Liza Soberano. She mentioned in her vlog that she remembers Andrea going to Spain on her own.
