On his Instagram page, @juancarloscuenca, the Kapamilya actor paid tribute to Ronaldo and even shared their last conversation.

On his first Instagram story, Jake reposted ABS-CBN News' post about Ronaldo's passing on December 17, Sunday.

"Woke up to the saddest news today. Such a huge loss for the industry. Rest in peace, Tito Ronaldo Valdez. It was an honor to have known you and I'll never forget all our moments together, and I will hold on to everything you've taught me. You will be missed. Rest in peace, Tito Ronaldo Valdez," he wrote.

Following this news, Jake shared a screenshot of their last conversation, which was back in August, with Ronaldo complimenting his new look.

"Love your new look. Moustache and all, kinda like Banderas. Was sweet of you, about your mom," the late actor wrote to which Jake replied, "Tito Ron! Miss you so much. It always means so much coming from you. Thank you Tito Ron, hope to work with you again soon." Eventually, Ronaldo answered back, "Miss you too man! Yeah, that'd be nice!"
