Doug Kramer and Chesca Garcia’s second child, Scarlett Louvelle, just turned 12 today, November 28.

Doug then took to his Instagram page and penned heartfelt messages to his daughter.
In one of his posts, the former PBA star expressed his sweet birthday wish for Scarlett.
“Happy 12th birthday to my very affectionate baby doll! Always loves to hug and kiss papa.”

He went on and reiterated his love for the beautiful celebrity kid.
“I love you my sweet baby.”
In another post, Doug shared a reel displaying Scarlett’s adorable photos over the years.
The celebrity dad also enumerated 12 qualities of the 12-year-old in the caption.
Furthermore, Doug told Scarlett, “Daddy and Mommy are so proud of you. You’re blooming more than ever baby! We love you sweetheart!”
Chesca Garcia and Doug Kramer tied the knot on Oct. 9, 2008, at the Blue Leaf Events Place in McKinley Hill, Taguig City. The event was attended by their closest friends and family. They have three adorable kids – Clair Kendra Kramer, Scarlett Louvelle Kramer, and Gavin Phoenix Kramer.
Catriona Gray and Kendra have finally met each other at an event by Dior. Kendra took to social media and shared photos from their lovely meeting. Doug could not help but comment on the photos and tell Kendra and Queen Cat that they look like sisters. Chesca, on the other hand, penned nothing but praise for the Miss Universe 2018 queen.
Earlier, Doug recently shared some lovely photos of Kendra and Scarlett. The daughters of Doug and Chesca Garcia can be seen dressed up as NBA players in the photos. Kendra and Scarlett wore jerseys inspired by Stephen Curry and LeBron James, respectively. According to Doug, her daughters donned the said jerseys for a school event.
