Andrea Brillantes’ insightful interview with Luis Manzano in his latest “Luis Listens” vlog is now going viral.

At one point in the 30-minute vlog, Andrea detailed what she thinks is the difference between loyalty and faithfulness in romantic relationships.

“Sa mga hindi nakakaalam, iba ang loyal sa faithful. Ang loyal, kapag may dumaan na chicks titingin 'yan pero doon pa rin siya sa mahal niya. Ang faithful kapag may chicks diyan, 'Hindi, titingin lang ako sa asawa ko, sa love of my life.' Ganu'n ang faithful.”

“Normal lang naman 'yun bilang tao na ma-attract ka pa rin sa iba, oo, pero doon ka pa rin sa mahal mo at wala kang gagawin sa feelings mo na 'yan,” Andrea further said about loyal people.

She continued, “Ang faithful, kahit pa lahat ng sēxy na babae nasa harapan mo, hindi, hindi ka titingin. At hindi ka makaka-feel ng kahit anong attraction.”

This prompted Luis to ask the 20-year-old actress, “So ang hinahanap mo hindi na faithful, loyal na lang?”

“Loyal. Ang hirap e,” said Andrea, who stressed that faithful ones are harder to find.

“Pero siyempre kung may faithful, Lord, please,” she added.

Andrea Brillantes is a Filipina actress who started out her career as a child star and rose to fame. Her popularity was further propelled when she played the role of 'Marga' in the hit teleserye “Kadenang Ginto.” She was a member of The Gold Squad, along with her “Kadenang Ginto” co-stars Francine Diaz, Kyle Echarri, and Seth Fedelin. Andrea used to be in a romantic relationship with basketball player Ricci Rivero until their breakup around June of 2023.

In the same interview, Andrea was asked about the highlight of her life this 2023. She then answered, “'Yung heartbreak ko,” and stressed that 2023 is her unluckiest year in terms of her love life.

Among the interesting questions that Luis asked of the actress was about the qualities she looks for in her future partner. The Kapamilya female star then responded by enumerating some traits of a “real man.”
