According to Ogie, actors and actresses shouldn’t be treated with kid gloves, indicating they would improve more if they won’t be babied.

Earlier, a netizen asked Ogie if he can recall the young actress whom her cursed at because she found it hard to cry in a scene of a project they’re making.

The netizen then said that after only a couple of years, the same young actress won a Best Actress award.

Ogie confirmed that he did remember the actress and the scene, adding that til now, the actress is very grateful to him.

“Oo. Til now, very grateful siya sa akin. Hehehe. Ambilis umiyak. Siguro ako lagi iniisip non. Hahaha! Di dapat kasi bine-baby,” Ogie replied to the netizen.

The showbiz reporter and talent manager did not give any indication or hint as to the identity of the then young actress.

Ogie Diaz is an actor, comedian, entertainment reporter, and talent manager. He was known as “Pekto” in the popular TV sitcom, “Palibhasa Lalaki.” He is also behind the YouTube channel “Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update.” He became a successful talent manager and once handled the careers of Vice Ganda and Liza Soberano.

A source of Ogie Diaz stated that he or she received info about Kim Chiu and Xian Lim. In "Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update," Ogie said that the info that his source received was that Kim and Xian are no longer together. However, Kim herself noted that she and Xian are okay. As per Ogie, rumors about Xian and Kim started simply because people no longer saw frequent posts of them being together.
