Angelica Panganiban, in her latest online post, gave everyone a much-needed update about her condition after suffering from an adductor injury.
On Saturday, October 14, the celebrity mom took to her Instagram page, @iamangelicap, to upload a mirror selfie she recently took with her phone.
She then penned a short note about how she has been recovering from her adductor injury, and how she has been pain reliever-free for days now.
According to Angelica, her adductor injury is getting better after 10 months, She stated she hopes her recovery continues smoothly so she can play with her daughter freely.

"Adductor injury getting better after 10 months. Been pain reliever free for 5 days (Panadol lang since I'm still BF). Sana magtuloy tuloy na 'to. Gusto ko na makipaghabulan sa anak ko," she wrote.
