GMA Network Chairman and CEO Atty. Felipe Gozon and his daughter GMA Network Senior Vice President Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes recently made another history.

The two Kapuso executives attended the famous ABS-CBN Ball for the first time.

For the event, Gozon chose to wear a barong while Gozon-Valdes was seen donning a beautiful white dress.

A video of the GMA bosses gracing the ball’s red carpet also went viral on social media.

Happening at the Makati Shangri-La on September 30, the event serves as a fundraising platform for various charitable causes supported by ABS-CBN.

ABS-CBN Ball is an annual event that gathers Kapamilya artists in a night of glamor and sophistication. It was previously called “Star Magic Ball.”

In a previous report by KAMI, GMA executives joined in the fun during an episode of "It's Showtime" and got to party with the hosts and the crowd. There were five of GMA's top honchos who joined the show, including GMA Network Senior Vice President Annette Gozon-Valdes. Amy Perez, who introduced the GMA execs to the audience was very happy, and the other hosts shared her enthusiasm.

Some personalities from ABS-CBN were spotted at the GMA Gala 2023 last July 22 at Marriott Hotel in Pasay City. ABS-CBN’s President and CEO Carlo L. Katigbak and Chief Operating Officer for Broadcast Cory Vidanes were spotted at the gala. They entered the venue and walked down the red carpet together. Aside from them, Kapamilya actor Joshua Garcia and “It’s Showtime” hosts Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro and Jhong Hilario also attended the event.
