Chito Miranda’s emotional post on his Instagram account, which he wrote for his family, has gone viral.

In his post, one can see the Parokya Ni Edgar frontman with his wife, celebrity entrepreneur Neri Naig-Miranda, and their three kids.
He then included a lengthy caption that is full of emotions and love for his family, where he also said they are the center of his universe and that he will choose them over anything.
“My beautiful family.❤️ They are the center of my universe. Everything else is secondary. I will choose them over anything, anyone, and everything else ,” Chito said in his caption.

“Sobrang sarap sa puso, and sobrang comforting yung feeling na surrounded ka with so much love, and with people who genuinely care for each other,” he added.
The Parokya Ni Edgar frontman did not deny that they would also sometimes argue and get annoyed with each other, but they all know their love and concern for each other won’t go away.
“Minsan may mga away, tampuhan, or may mga nagkakapikunan, pero even during those times, alam ng bawat isa sa amin confidently na never nawawala yung pagmamahal at concern namin para sa isa't-isa,” the PnE frontman wrote.
“Kunwari magka-galit kami ni Neri, kukumutan ko pa rin sya kapag giniginaw sya...babatuhin ko lang sya ng comforter (joke lang po✌) or kunwari nagkapikunan si Ate Pia at Miggy sa kotse, Ate Pi will still let Miggy sleep on her shoulder if ever antukin si Miggy...and vice-versa,” he narrated.
Calling his family his “barkada,” he said he’ll do everything to protect them.
“Lahat gagawin ko para sa barkada kong ito. I will protect them with my life, and will take care of them more than I would myself. I will try my best to be healthy para maalagaan ko sila lahat hanggang sa pagtanda,” Chito said.
“Yung mga mababaw at panandaliang kaligayahan ng dulot ng anything unhealthy, can never compare with the happiness na nakukuha ko from me being there for them...because me being there for them makes them happy...and I will never take that away from them, kasi mahal nila ako,” he added.
Reiterating his role as the head of his family, he promised that he will do his best to always be there for them and live a healthier life for his family.
“I am their Dad, and they need me,” Chito said.
“And if being their Dad makes them happy, and if it means me being able protect and take care of them, and if making fun of me makes them laugh, then I will try my best to be always there for them, and I will also try my best to be as healthy as I could, and live as long as possible para makasama nila ako hangga't kelangan nila ako,” he added.
In parting, Chito assured everyone he’ll do everything so he would always be there for his family, and then apologizing to his followers for his emotional post.
“I will do everything na magagawa ko para nandito lang ako para sa pamilya ko ❤️,” he said.

Chito Miranda is a famous music artist known as the frontman of the iconic OPM band Parokya Ni Edgar. On December 13, 2014, he married Neri Naig, an actress and entrepreneur in the Philippines. They have an adorable firstborn named Miggy. In October 2021, Neri gave birth to their second child Manuel Alfonso Miranda, whose nickname is Cash.

In a previous post, Chito shared photos of his and his family's trip to their Baguio Hillside House for a quick vacation. He gave a mini tour of their cozy house, sharing pictures of the interior and the exterior. Chito invited people to rent the house, which is near Camp John Hay and Session Road. According to Chito, the house can accommodate around 10 to 12 people.
