Iya Villania, in her latest online post, recently shared an update about her health, including a selfie she took after "spending a whole day out."

On Thursday, September 28, the celebrity mom took to her Instagram page, @iyavillania, to post a selfie she took after spending time with the "bigger kids."

In the photo, Iya could be seen looking at the camera, showing what seemed to be a pained expression on her face.

She then revealed she was not able to express or "release" milk, thinking she'd be okay since Astro only fed twice.

Now, the celebrity mom could not help but ask if she is experiencing engorgement or mastitis, saying that she feels weak recently as well.

"Me after spending a whole day out with the bigger kids and not expressing or releasing milk. I thought I'd be okay cause Astro only feeds about 2x during the day. In other words, wasn't able to release milk from 8AM-4PM. What is this? Engorgement or mastitis? Feeling weak and right boób feels firmer than usual and warm," she wrote.

Iya Villania is a Filipino-Australian host and actress notably known for her work as a VJ in Myx. She tied the knot with host Drew Arellano back in 2014. Now, they have four kids.

As previously reported by KAMI, Iya Villania flexed her son on Instagram for being so patient. She shared that her son insisted on going with her to the gym even though his siblings were not with them. She recounted that she actually warned him that it might take a while. The little boy was indeed truly very patient and indeed waited for her.

Meanwhile, Iya Villania, in a social media post, shared her struggles, albeit fun, experience of being a mother. She also narrated how she would pump her mother’s milk and look for places to store it while she was away. The TV presenter then took a picture of the moment to document what she’s experiencing. Iya then said that despite all the struggles, her eyes still shine with joy.
