Moira Dela Torre addressed the question about the way that she talks.

Many thought that she had been drinking, which was why it allegedly showed in the way that she spoke.

However, Moira said that she does not drink and that people only thought that she did.

She even joked that when she came out of her mother's womb, she already talked like that.

“Hindi po. Akala po nila lagi po ako nka-inom. Pero gusto ko pong sabihin sa inyo, hindi naman po. Ganito lang po talaga kami magsalita,” Moira said during the interview.

“Paglabas ko po ng, paglabas ko po sa nanay ko, ganito na po talaga ako. Pati pag-iyak ko po ata, ganito na rin,” the singer-songwriter added.

She then apologized and jokingly said that perhaps her mom took Maria Clara drink which is why when she came out, she’s already like this.

“Pasensya na po. Baka yung nanay ko po, uminom ng Maria Clara kaya paglabas ko, ganito na talaga,” Moira concluded.

Moira Dela Torre is one of the most popular and in-demand music artists in the Philippines. She rose to fame with her songs “Malaya” and “Titibo-Tibo.” Moira, a devout Christian, married singer Jason Marvin Hernandez on January 14, 2019. Last year, the famous singer and her husband Jason decided to part ways.
