Vhong is a Filipino comedian, actor, dancer, singer, judge, and TV host of ABS-CBN Entertainment Groups. He was part of the dance group Streetboys in the Philippines. He is one of the pioneer hosts of the noontime variety show, "It's Showtime."
Vice Ganda, in an episode of “It’s Showtime,” praised the voice of Vhong and made a humorous suggestion. Earlier, Vhong jokingly acted like one of the contestants of the noontime show’s segment, “Tawag Ng Tanghalan,” where he thanked one of the judges. At this point, Vice praised the voice of her co-host and told him “pwede kang mag-announce.” The comedienne then completed her sentence, referring to the recent order of MTRCB.

Earlier, Vice Ganda just made a bunch of netizens laugh with his hilarious post on social media. Previously, a video of Vhong stealing Vice's liempo on "It's Showtime" trended online. On X, Vice penned a short but hilarious rant about the incident of Vhong stealing his food. Eventually, Vhong took notice of Vice's post and said he was just doing it as a payback for Janice de Belen.
