Elisse Joson, in a recent interview on Magandang Buhay, was briefly asked how she and McCoy De Leon rekindled their romance.

During the interview, the actress expressed her gratefulness to the people who surrounded them with love and support during that period in their lives.

"I’m grateful kasi ang daming nagmamahal sa amin na nakakatulong din for us to, alam niyo yun, come together kasi alam niyong maraming sumusuporta sa inyo, maraming nagmamahal," she said.

She also mentioned that she doesn't easily give up on the people she loves, especially when it comes to her family.

"Sa family, hindi naman yan basta susukuan lang agad eh. You have to work hard for it, and kahit anong mangyari, gagawin mo ang lahat talaga para magsama-sama kayo, maayos," she said.

Aside from this, Elisse mentioned that their daughter, Felize McKenzie, played a huge role on why they rekindled their romance.

"Kapag tinitignan naming [siya], parang sabi namin, 'Grabe, mag-aaway pa ba tayo? Tignan mo naman oh, ang blessed-blessed natin sa batang ito,'" she revealed.

On Wednesday, July 5, Elisse recently took to Instagram to showcase a product she was using. However, halfway through the video, her daughter, Felize McKenzie, suddenly joined in on the fun.

Meanwhile, Elisse Joson and her daughter Felize surprised daddy McCoy De Leon on Father’s Day, June 18. They started the day by surprising McCoy in bed with a cake and a cup of coffee. Elisse and Felize then cooked kaldereta for the celebrity daddy. Furthermore, they also made sure to express their love for McCoy through cuddling and spending the day together.
