During an episode of “It’s Showtime,” Vice Ganda emphasized that age should not be the only consideration when it comes to parenthood. He pointed out that being a parent requires the ability to provide a decent life for a child. He said, "Be responsible. Wala talaga sa age eh. It's all about your responsibility at 'yung kakahayan mo na makapagbigay ng disenteng pamumuhay sa batang iluluwal mo."
Vice Ganda further explained that raising a child involves more than love and happy moments. He stressed that parents also need to make sure their children’s basic needs are met. He continued, "It's not all fun and love all the time. Kasi kahit mahal na mahal mo 'yung bata, kung hindi mo siya napapakain, hindi mo siya napapagamot tuwing may sakit siya, hindi mo siya napag-aaral, I don't think that's love."
He then underscored that love for a child also comes with a serious responsibility. Vice Ganda concluded his point by saying, "Love comes with a big responsibility."

She has since built a stellar career as one of GMA Network's premier television and film stars, earning acclaim for her lead roles in major drama series and hit movies.
Recently, Patrick Garcia opened up about his controversial breakup with Jennylyn after remaining silent about their past relationship for nearly 18 years. During an interview with Ogie Diaz on his vlog on September 29, the actor shared his side of the story and revealed that his eldest daughter, Michelle, was hurt by the negative comments she received because of his past. Michelle encouraged her father to speak out so people could hear his perspective and gain a better understanding of what happened. Although Patrick acknowledged that he could not guarantee the backlash would stop, he decided to share his experience.
Dennis Trillo later posted a message after Patrick mentioned his son with Jennylyn, Alex Jazz, during the interview. Dennis clarified that he does not support bashing despite the criticism Patrick has received. He also thanked Patrick for remembering Jazz amid the discussions surrounding the interview. Patrick had previously revealed that he had not seen Jazz since 2017 and shared that he had been making efforts to reconnect with his son.
