Sharon Cuneta recently unleashed what appeared to be a “hugot” post on social media about complimentary tickets.

She said that the thing that truly gives her a headache every time she has a show is not the things she needed to do on stage but the sheer number of acquaintances asking for complimentary or free tickets.

“Tuwing magkakaconcert ako, pinakasumasakit ang ulo ko hindi sa gagawin ko sa show, kundi sa dami ng humihingi ng Complimentary o libreng tickets!” Sharon said.

“Limited lang po ang complimentary tickets ko - at sa totoo lang, itong concert na ito ang pinakanagpasakit sa ulo ko!” she added.

She said she would always buy tickets for her friends when they’re performing, as a show of support for them as friends and fellow performers.

The Megastar then explained that she has limited complimentary tickets, which is why she’s unable to give in to requests of everyone for complimentary tickets.

“Pag may shows po ang mga kaibigan ko-sina Regine, Gary, etc.-bumibili po ako ng tickets bilang suporta sa kaibigan at kapwa performer at singer. Kaya nagpapasalamat po ako sa lahat ng friends at family members ko na di na ako iniistorbo at kusang bumibili ng tickets nila,” Mega said.

“Sa totoo lang po, ang aga naubos ng complimentary tickets ko! Pag ako pa bumili baka si Gabby na lang ang kumanta dahil mauubos ang suweldo ko sa kakalibre (alam po namin di biro ang prices kasi po malaki ang production costs!),” she added.

Sharon then apologized and asked for understanding from acquaintances and friends, assuring them that she loves them all.

“Pasensya na po at nagtatrabaho lang ang girl nyo! Kung pwede lang ilibre ko lahat kayo pero siempre di ko kaya. Thanks so much for understanding. Love you all!” Sharon said.

Sharon Cuneta, commonly known as the 'Megastar' in the local showbiz industry, is a prominent veteran celebrity in the Philippines. She is also the mother of KC Concepcion, her daughter with fellow actor Gabby Concepcion. In 1996, she tied the knot with Kiko Pangilinan.

A few days before that, Sharon Cuneta recently penned a heartfelt apology message to her fans. On Sunday, July 30, the Megastar took to Instagram and shared her apology letter. In her post, Sharon revealed she had to unfollow 'Sharonians' since her following list is already full. According to the Megastar, in her lengthy online post, "Kasi baka masara pa account ko."
