Ogie Diaz, may mensahe kay Jay Sonza: "Will pray for your inner peace...sana malampasan mo mga pagsubok"

Ogie Diaz took to Facebook and gave a message to Jay Sonza who is now detained by the police after he was arrested for alleged syndicated large-scale illegal recruitment.

In a lengthy post, while he admitted that there was a previous rift between them, the comedian still felt sorry for the family of the former broadcaster.

However, Ogie still prayed for the inner peace of Jay and wished that he would be able to overcome the problem.

"Will pray for your inner peace, Mr. Sonza. Sana, malampasan mo ang mga pagsubok.

Hindi ko sasabihing beh buti nga o deserve mo yan. Mas gusto kong ipagdasal ang paghilom ng kanegahan sa puso mo. At sana ay magsilbing lesson ito sa tuluyan mong pagbabago.

Kahit matanda na po kayo, kaya pang magbago basta bukal sa puso ang acceptance, realization at ang sabi nga ng matatanda, tumanda nang may pinagkatandaan."

Ogie Diaz is an actor, comedian, entertainment reporter, and talent manager. He was known as “Pekto” in the popular TV sitcom, “Palibhasa Lalaki.” He is also behind the YouTube channel “Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update.” He became a successful talent manager and once handled the careers of Vice Ganda and Liza Soberano.

In a previous post on IG Stories, Ogie aired his thoughts on an unnamed person. He said that it was quite funny that the person disseminated news to a friend reporter. However, he later denied the gossip. Ogie then advised people not to use others just to show that a problem exists when in fact there's none.

He also unleashed a hugot on social media where he talked about taking care of a job. He also called out someone whom he didn’t name who pays for a press release just so his name would be cleared. The showbiz reporter and talent manager also remarked that the person he’s referring to shouldn’t fool himself or herself as he or she is actually lazy in real life. He then talked about such a person getting insecure for no reason at all, given the lofty position the said individual already occupies.
