The post detailed his dreams of cohabiting in a modest condo unit located above the 40th floor, alongside owning a simple car. Xian even touched on his financial goals, including awaiting dividends from his investments and income from his ventures, such as Casinyeam and Hacienda Gaza.

"Unti-unting uubusin ang mga utang," Gaza remarked, indicating his determination to gradually clear his debts. However, what captured the most attention was his intention to travel together with his partner to various countries every other month, showcasing his yearning for adventure and experiences.

Interestingly, Gaza also laid out his criteria for an ideal partner, expressing a preference for a partner who doesn't necessarily embody the image of a "strong independent woman with lofty life goals." Instead, he revealed his desire for a partner reminiscent of a "mala-Disney Princess," implying a nurturing, supportive, and financially generous companion.

“Ang gusto ko lang ngayon ay mag-settle down sa isang babae tapos titira kami sa isang simpleng condo unit above 40th floor and then bibili kami ng isang simpleng kotse. Hintay ng dividendo sa Casinyeam buwan-buwan. Hintay ng benta sa Hacienda Gaza every quarter. Unti-unting uubusin ang mga utang. Travel together sa iba't-ibang bansa every other month. Hindi kami mag-aanak kasi solved na ko sa one boy one girl. Hindi rin kami magwo-work parehas. Mabubuhay lang kami araw-araw para sa isa't-isa. Simpleng buhay ba.

“I am now ready financially, mentally and emotionally. Babae na lang yung kulang. Hindi ko kailangan ng strong independent woman na maraming goals sa buhay. Ang gusto ko lang ay mala-Disney Princess na katuwang sa araw-araw at may unli supply ng pera,” Xian said.

In a candid statement, Gaza also mentioned that he had grown weary of his previous lifestyle involving casual encounters and hookups. “Nandun ako sa point ng buhay ko na pagod na ko mambabae. May ma-meet man ako sa dance floor eh hindi ko iaakyat sa VIP table. Gusto ko lang ng alak, malupit na music at good vibes. Sawang-sawa na ko sa hookup culture. I just want to settle down,” he shared.
