Noli De Castro's comment on the wedding of Maine Mendoza and Arjo Atayde has been called out by a number of netizens.

They seemed not to have really liked the veteran broadcast journalist's statement on the wedding of the showbiz couple.

As one of the episodes of TV Patrol came to an end, the hosts, which included Noli, Karen Davila, Bernadette Sembrano, and Henry Omaga-Diaz talked about the wedding of Arjo and Maine.

She eventually landed roles in various movies and TV series, with one of them helping her win Best Supporting Actress during the 41st Metro Manila Film Festival. The actress is now married to actor-politician Arjo Atayde.
