Sunshine Cruz, in a recent social media post, expressed pride in her first cousin, Rayver Cruz, who celebrated his birthday recently.

Rayver’s mom, Beth Cruz, and Shine’s dad, Danny Cruz are siblings and all of them belong to the star-studded Cruz clan that include Ricky Belmonte, Sheryl Cruz, Tirso Cruz III, Geneva Cruz, Donna Cruz, and many more.

In her socmed post, Shine first greeted her cousin Rayver a ‘happy birthday’, and then told him that she’s proud to be the actor’s ‘Ate Sunshine’.

“Happy Birthday @rayvercruz! Always proud to be your Ate Sunshine ” the veteran actress and singer wrote in her post.

She also thanked Rayver’s girlfriend, Julie Anne San Jose, for organizing a surprise birthday celebration for her beau and at the same time, inviting her to come to the occasion.

“Thank you @myjaps for organising and inviting me to my cousin’s surprise birthday celeb,” Shine said in her post.

Sunshine then expressed happiness to be will all of the guests who came to join in the celebration and fun.

“So happy to be with all of you! ❤️” Sunshine said.

Sunshine Cruz is a Filipina actress who is the former wife of Cesar Montano whom she has three children with – Angelina Isabelle, Samantha Angeline & Angel Francheska.

The veteran actress also recently held her own intímate birthday celebration attended by her immediate family and some friends. Previously, Sunshine also opened up about her relationship with the new family of her ex-husband Cesar Montano. The actress denied the accusation that her good relationship with Cesar, his new wife Kath Angeles, as well as the latter’s kids, is fake and for show only. According to Sunshine, her ex-husband’s new family are beautiful and wonderful people who her daughters enjoy spending time with. Furthermore, Sunshine explained that she is posting about her get-togethers with Cesar and his family to inspire other people to forgive.
