Iya Villania, in an Instagram post, shared her struggles, albeit fun, experience of being a mother to her baby boy Astro.

The TV presenter also narrated how she would pump mama’s milk and look for areas where she could safely store it while she’s away.

“The mamas that pump milk while away on a trip know how much of a chore/challenge/hassle it is ,” Iya wrote in her Instagram account.

“The logistics of it all is just From the uncomfortable spaces/places, to figuring out pump times (would it be better to pump now in the train/bus or later when I'm at the resto?), how to store the milk (how many hours will I not have access to a chiller?” she added.

She also wondered if she would need to bring ice packs and where to clean the parts of the pump.

“Do I need to bring ice packs?) and where to clean pump parts ,” Iya said.

The TV presenter also mentioned the difficulty in finding a place to store it, particularly since there are hotels that do not accommodate storing such items in their staff freezer.

“Not to mention, not all hotels are accommodating in storing milk and ice packs in their staff freezer when the rooms don’t have a mini ref (let alone one with a temp that’s right to keep milk fresh) ,” Iya revealed.

The TV presenter then thought of taking a photo of the moment, believing that it would be the last time she would go through such experience.

“So I just had to take a picture of this moment as I believe this is that last time I’ll have to go thru this chaos on a trip Yahoooooo!!! Can u see the joy in my eyes??? ” the TV presenter wrote in her post.
“To the mamas currently experiencing this or have yet to... Laban! It'll be over before you know it ,” Iya said.

Iya is a Filipino-Australian host and actress notably known for her work as a VJ in Myx. She tied the knot with host Drew Arellano back in 2014. Now, they have four kids.

In a recent interview by PhilStar news, Iya revealed that she would consider hosting a noontime show for as long as its name is not “Eat Bulaga.” The TV presenter then admitted it’s very hard to come to a decision as regards hosting a show like EB. She then explained why she would rather host a noontime show with a different name. At present, Iya is a segment host of ‘Chika Minute’ of ’24 Oras,’ a nightly newscast that airs on GMA7.

Previously, she also took to IG Stories and revealed her emotions when she first saw the commercial of her son, Primo. She described her state as one who "teared up" when she saw it. The TV host then said that she was just so proud of her son - Primo and Iya were together in a commercial, which promoted an anti-bug and germs product.
