In a photo posted by Atty. Dela Cruz on his Instagram account, TVJ can be seen posing with the lawyer, with the name “Divina Law Office” partially hidden in the background.

Atty. Dela Cruz also wrote as caption on his post, a portion of the lyrics of the “Eat Bulaga” theme song.

“Isang libo’t isang tuwa, buong bansa…” the lawyer’s caption on his post read.

“Eat Bulaga’s” iconic theme song, which was composed by Vincent Dy Buncio and Pancho Oppus, with Vic Sotto coming up with the melody, is one of the most recognizable songs in Philippine entertainment.

The topic of discussion between TVJ and Atty. Dela Cruz is not yet known, though in a recent interview of TitoSen with Julius Babao and Christine Bersola-Babao, the former senator talked about “Eat Bulaga” copyright.

He also discussed about some segments of “Eat Bulaga” being owned by some of their co-hosts and members.

TitoSen also hinted about asking for payments in case copyrighted names are used by other entities.

Eat Bulaga is touted as the longest-running noontime show, not only in the Philippines, but in the whole world. it first aired in the year 1979 over RPN 9. Later, it transferred to ABS-CBN and aired there for 6 years, and then on GMA7 where they stayed for more than 28 years.

In a related news article, a source of Abante entertainment columnist Jun Lalin claimed that the show "Eat Bulaga" would go live again on Monday. This time around however, there would allegedly be new hosts. Among the hosts that the source allegedly said include Paolo Contis, Betong, Buboy Villar, Alexa Miro, and Kuya Kim Atienza. In addition to the alleged five main hosts, there would also be other hosts who would be joining.

TitoSen also gave details recently about their departure from TAPE Inc. He revealed about how their hosts became emotional about what happened, especially and they were no longer allowed to go live on May 31. One of the things the former senator mentioned was about the possible loss of Eat Bulaga due to their absence. He claimed to have talked to some ad agencies who allegedly pulled out their ads from the program when they learn TVJ are no longer associated with TAPE Inc.
