Apparently, rumors about the former legislator having difficulties in finances reached a fever pitch when news about him losing a case worth millions in the United States broke out.

Reports indicate that Manny could pay several millions of dollars, or hundreds of millions of pesos, to his opponent if the case is decided with finality.

According to Nay Cristy, however, the boxing legend and his wife, Jinkee Pacquiao, have been posting on social media the construction of their new mansion in General Santos City.

The said abode is supposed to be constructed within a one-hectare property.

Nay Cristy said that the presence of such property dispel rumors about him having financial difficulties.

The veteran showbiz columnist also revealed that Manny would allegedly try again his hands in politics in the year 2025.

“Balik-pulitika raw siya sa 2025. At kakandidato uli siya sa pagka-senador,” the veteran columnist said.

Manny is an eight-division world boxing champion, considered one of the greatest boxers in history. He is married to Jinkee Pacquiao, whom he called his best friend.
