Camille Prats took to Instagram Stories and shared how she lost a substantial amount of weight.

The actress revealed that she has already reached 122 lbs.

"Weighed 4 weeks ago and I was 122 lbs."

However, this did not sit well with the actress and so, she made an effort to lose the excess weight in order for her to be back to her original weight.

In a matter of four weeks, Camille was able to lose 8 lbs.

She is now happy that she is back to being only at 114 lbs.

"4 weeks later and I'm back to my 114."

In a succeeding post, she said that working out is a lifestyle, a commitment to take care of the body every single day.

"The moment you let go, you also slowly lose the foundation that you have built on."

Camille then noted that everyone is good in the eyes of God and once more thanked the unknown person.
