Gary V, buong pagmamahal na binuhat ang injured na asawang si Angeli Pangilinan: “Parang Koreanovela”

Gary Valenciano was recently captured on video carrying his injured wife, Angeli Pangilinan, on his back while descending down a long flight of stairs.

In a post by Angeli on her Twitter account, she was seen on video in a piggyback position on Mr. Pure Energy’s back as they slowly descend the stairs to the ground floor.

She then revealed that she suffered a long and deep wound in her leg that required some stitching, which probably made it difficult for her to walk down the stairs.

Angeli also thanked the Almighty that her husband is a strong man.

“So I got injured in my leg and needed stitching / minor surgery. Please pray for me! Thank God my husband is a strong man,” Angeli wrote in her post.

She also remarked that the footage captured on cam looked like a scene lifted off a Korean drama series.

“Parang Koreanovela when he carried me,” Mr. Pure Energy’s wife said.

Angeli then thanked all those who prayed for her.

“Thanking my family, my friends and my fans who prayed for me!” Angeli wrote.

Gary is one of the most famous OPM artists and a television host in the Philippines. He is known as “Mr. Pure Energy” for his energetic and intense performances. He is married to Maria Anna Elizabeth "Angeli" Pangilinan, the sister of Senator Francis Pangilinan. They have three children: Paolo Valenciano, Gab Valenciano, and Kiana Valenciano.

Recently, Gary took to Twitter and expressed his thoughts on the use of the term "Philippine time." He said that he feels bad whenever such term is used to refer to someone who arrives late. The singer then tried to encourage online users by saying that even when traffic is bad, people can still find a way to arrive on time. At the end of his post, Mr. Pure Energy stated that such can be done, "Kaya natin 'to."

In a separate social media post in December of last year, Gary's wife shared that her husband has experienced some health concerns. She then shared details on why Gary V‘s voice was temporarily hoarse and why he had throat issues. According to Angeli, her husband performed in four two-hour plays within two days. She tried to tell Gary V not to exert himself too much but he did not listen to her because he really wanted to perform in those plays.
